Unfortunately, I scored in the low 80s in the three steps of the USMLE. In effect, I had to do extra effort in all parts of my application and applying to more programs. I realized that personal statement is the only part of my application that is under my full control, so, I preferred to give this task to professionals. It was a smart decision, as I was invited for 8 interviews and I was finally matched. D. G
